More bohemian and more full-bodied than Pinot Noir, this 2021 vintage Saint Laurent is a complex and sublimely beautiful red wine, with a perfumed nose of roses, violets, cherries, raspberry, cardamom and hints of mushroom and earthy forest floor. This delicious Shiraz has a gorgeous deep garnet colour and the nose is generous with blackcurrant, ripe plum and crushed tarragon. The palate is incredibly smooth with complex layers of black fruits, red berries and dark chocolate, all beautifully offset by a juicy acidity and a fine dry tannin. The tail is long and sensual.
