Group Experience Program - only for groups between 9 - 35 persons

The Group Experience Program at Hahndorf Hill Winery is designed for large groups of visitors (from 9 - 35 people) who wish to enjoy a wine experience at our cellar door.

We appreciate that your group prefers personalised service and a comfortable environment in which to enjoy their experience. For this reason we conduct group experiences in seated comfort in our beautiful upstairs Gallery Room, which features the stunning artwork of local artist Stephen Trebilcock. Each experience is devoted exclusively to your group.

Please note that all group bookings need to be confirmed via pre-payment with a deposit and that all members of your group need to partake in the same selected experience.

Three great options for your large group to enjoy

Option 1 - The Hahndorf Hill experience $32 per person
Enjoy a comfortable seated experience of five wines, held in our beautiful upstairs Gallery Room. Discover what makes the Adelaide Hills unique as a wine region and experience a diverse range of our wines.
Your group is booked in for one hour to enjoy this experience, with a staff member assigned exclusively to your group, in our Gallery Room reserved specially for your visit.
Following the experience, each person in the group has the opportunity to select a complimentary bottle of wine of their choice from what they have enjoyed (including our $47 red) to take home as a souvenir of their visit.
Also special to this package is an offer of *free shipping to anywhere in Australia with any half-case or case purchase of wine.
This option is offered Monday to Saturday. (Sundays and public holidays excluded.) Bookings available at 11am.

Option 2- The Hahndorf Hill Premium Chocolate & Wine experience $37 per person
Enjoy a comfortable seated experience of five wines, held in our beautiful upstairs Gallery Room, with the added pleasure of sampling and combining some world-class chocolate with a wine.
Your group is booked in for one hour to enjoy this experience, with a staff member assigned exclusively to your group, in our Gallery Room reserved specially for your visit.
Following the experience, each person in the group has the opportunity to select a complimentary bottle of wine of their choice from what they have enjoyed (including our $47 red) to take home as a souvenir of their visit.

Option 3- The Hahndorf Hill Wine Flight experience $20 per person
Enjoy a comfortable seated experience of four wines, held in our beautiful upstairs Gallery Room. Enjoy and explore our speciality Austrian wines in this flight, which includes two whites and two reds.
Your group is booked in for one hour to enjoy this experience, with a staff member assigned exclusively to your group, in our Gallery Room reserved specially for your visit.
Please note that this option does not include a complimentary souvenir bottle for each participant, unlike in options 1 & 2 above.

All bookings are only confirmed once the 25% deposit has been paid. Please note that any booking cancelled less than 24 hours' of your secured date, may result in the forfeit of your deposit. Conditions apply.
